BOARD CHANGES STRENGTHEN MANAGEMENT TEAM AT LEVEL FOUR

London, 05 June 2006 - Level Four Software, a leading provider of specialist ATM software solutions, today announced further appointments to the company’s board and a new management structure to support the company’s ambitious VC-backed expansion plans. This announcement follows on from the successful launch of BRIDGE, Level Four’s next generation ATM application software.

  • Ian Kerr, who joined Level Four as Regional Business Director in August 2005, is now appointed to the main board as Sales and Customer Services Director. He will have overall responsibility for Level Four’s three business units carrying out installation and support of Level Four products world-wide.
  • Jim Tomaney, who also joined Level Four last August, is now appointed to the main board as Product Director and will continue to take responsibility for all of Level Four’s product and technology development.
  • Martin Macmillan moves from CEO to become Marketing and Business Development Director, enabling him to focus upon developing and exploiting the enormous potential for Level Four’s current ATM testing product portfolio in conjunction with the new BRIDGE initiatives.
  • Nigel Walsh meanwhile will take over the CEO position in addition to his responsibilities as Chairman.
  • Ian Booth (Commercial Director) and Henry Sallitt (Non-Executive Director) retain their current positions on the new board. These changes will be effective from July 1st 2006.
