Bryan Taylor

Chairman

Brian joined Level Four in August 2007 as Non-Executive Chairman. Brian is a highly regarded and experienced executive with over thirty years in the IT industry. During his career he has held senior positions for a number of blue chip companies including Fujitsu, ICL, Nokia and Siemens.

Having left his last role as Managing Director Fujitsu Computers UK in 2000, he has been engaged with venture capital backed high-tech companies assisting their management teams to create and deliver strategic plans.

In addition to his responsibilities at Level Four, Brian is also Non-Executive Chairman of Nomad Payments, Exor and Ixaris.

Ian Kerr

CEO

Ian Kerr was promoted to CEO at Level Four Software Ltd in 2006, after joining to manage the company's global sales and delivery function in August 2005. In this role, Ian is responsible for leading the company towards achieving its ambitions to become the leading independent provider of ATM and self service software, both in the field of application software as well as testing tools.

Ian has enjoyed more than 18 years of experience in the financial technology market. Kerr joined Level Four from Accurate Software, where he held the position of Senior Vice President for Business Development, and successfully extended Accurate's presence throughout the UK, Ireland and South Africa.

Ian has held senior sales and marketing positions with NCR, Deluxe Data and IBM. Prior to joining Accurate in October 2002, Ian worked at London Bridge Software, a major global provider of intelligent business software and eCommerce solutions. During his career, Ian has lived and worked in both the US and in Asia.

Ian holds a BSc from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Martin Macmillan

Business Development Director

Martin joined Level Four in 2000 as CEO, helping to take the company from fledging start-up to leader in the field of ATM testing and development tools. In 2006, after the launch of BRIDGE, Level Four's next generation ATM application software he moved on to concentrate more specifically on business development within Level Four.

He has a proven track record of launching, marketing and developing technology businesses in the global financial services sector, and has the remit to continue to grow Level Four's strong marketing presence as well as forge partnerships with companies who share Level Four's vision of an open-standards led marketplace.

From 1994-2000, Martin served as a Director of UBS in both London and New York where he managed the launch and development of a number of client-facing technology initiatives enabling on-line trading of credit and treasury products between the bank and its customers.

During 1999 and 2000, Martin conceived and implemented a support strategy for migrating customers to automated delivery channels for commoditized investment banking products based in New York. Prior to this Martin held a number of positions within the fixed-income trading division, and latterly headed European Commercial Paper trading, where he was responsible for all trading and risk management activities of a business approaching $30Bn in debt outstandings.

Jay Patel

Non-Executive Director

Jay is an Executive Director at SPARK Ventures plc and was part of its founding team in 1999. SPARK Ventures is an early stage investment company managing £250m of assets across the digital media, software and technology sectors. He has previously held executive positions at UBS Warburg and BSkyB and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. He holds degrees from INSEAD and the London School of Economics.

Arthur Morrison

Chief Technology Officer

Arthur has extensive experience as a software architect and systems designer for blue chip institutions on high-profile projects. Before co-founding Level Four in 1995, Arthur served in both permanent and consulting roles for some of the world's leading technology companies architecting system-critical software in areas including Air and Urban Traffic Control, Space Systems Control and Automated Telling Machines, where security and stability were paramount.

Since the early 1980's he has led project teams working across Europe and the Middle East for a range of companies including NCR, Phillips Traffic Systems, Hollandse SIGNAAL and Bell Telephone. He has extensive knowledge of a wide range of industry protocols and programming techniques and is fanatical about new and emerging technologies. He is a veteran software architect who has a proven track record of designing innovative, reliable and scalable software solutions. Arthur was responsible for the architecture and building of Level Four's core technology platform.

Arthur graduated from Strathclyde University in 1974 with a BA in Psychology and gained an MSc in Computer Science from Dundee University in 1993.

Steven Lund

President, Level Four Americas LLC

Steve was appointed as President of Level Four Americas LLC in 2007, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to Level Four. As a seasoned professional, he is chartered to continue the growth of an autonomous Level Four entity that will develop and support the company's customer base in the Americas.

A successful technology evangelist, Steve was instrumental in the creation and delivery of the first commercially available XFS middleware product at Nexus Software and managed its direct and indirect global delivery channel. Steve has nearly twenty years of experience selling and supporting a myriad of retail financial solutions in the US and around the world including currency management software, ATM/EFT simulation & testing products, cash handling & settlement products as well as self-service application software and specialized consulting.

Educated in Industrial Electronics, his technical background combined with many years of providing industry specific solutions within the retail financial sector delivers a unique combination of skills ideally suited to advancing Level Four's position in the Americas market.

Issa Keshek

Regional Director, Middle East

Issa Keshek joined Level Four Software in January 2006 as regional director, Middle East, to continue the expansion of the company in the Middle East. In this role, Issa drives the development of the Middle East operation as a fully-fledged sales and technical support centre, with full responsibility for managing local system builds, delivery and support.

Issa brings more than fifteen years of experience in the technology and payments processing industry to Level Four, mostly gained in the Middle East. Issa spent 12 years at NCR Corporation where he held various positions in sales and marketing both in the Middle East and in London. In his latest position with NCR as programme director, Issa was responsible for a $21million business unit operating across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Most recently, Issa was business unit manager for the Enterprise Group at Microsoft Corporation in Dubai where he was responsible for the development of the banking and airline business units in the Gulf area.

Prior to Microsoft, Issa spent 2 years at CR2, a banking software solution provider, where he held the position of regional sales and marketing manager for the Middle East. While he was responsible for the business development and sales of banking software solutions, he successfully developed sales strategies and channel management exceeding all annual objectives.

Issa holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Jordan, Amman.
