Bryan Taylor
Chairman
Bryan joined Level Four in August 2007 as Non-Executive Chairman. Bryan is a highly regarded and experienced executive with over thirty years in the IT industry. During his career he has held senior positions for a number of blue chip companies including Fujitsu, ICL, Nokia and Siemens.
Having left his last role as Managing Director Fujitsu Computers UK in 2000, he has been engaged with venture capital backed high-tech companies assisting their management teams to create and deliver strategic plans.
In addition to his responsibilities at Level Four, Brian is also Non-Executive Chairman of Exor, Ixaris and Rostima
Ian Kerr
PDG
Ian Kerr a été promu au poste de PDG de Level Four Software Ltd après y être entré en août 2005, pour diriger la European Business Unit. Au sein de cette fonction, Ian est responsable du développement de l’organisation ventes et mise à disposition de l’entreprise sur l’ensemble des Business Units ; il participe aux efforts visant à satisfaire la demande croissante en outils de développement et de mise à l’épreuve d’automates DAB mis au point par Level Four et en logiciels d’application BRIDGE.
En coopération étroite avec la direction de Level Four et les services de développement produit, Ian fixe l'orientation stratégique pour les ventes et les services d'assistance de la Société, en évaluant les opportunités et les besoins du marché. Ian dirige une équipe de professionnels de la vente et de la distribution qui renforcent encore la position de Level Four comme référence de l’industrie en matière d’essais et de développement des guichets automatiques.
Ian a plus de 18 ans d'expérience dans le marché du logiciel financier. Avant d’entrer chez Level Four, Kerr a travaillé chez Accurate Software, où il était vice-président de la division Développement commercial et, grâce à lui, la société Accurate a renforcé sa présence en Grande-Bretagne, en Irlande et en Afrique du Sud.
Ian a occupé les postes de directeur commercial et directeur du marketing chez NCR, Deluxe Data et IBM. Avant d'entrer chez Accurate en octobre 2002, Ian a travaillé chez London Bridge Software, fournisseur mondial de logiciel commercial intelligent et de solutions d’e-commerce. Au cours de sa carrière, Ian a vécu et travaillé aux Etats-Unis et en Asie.
Ian possède un diplôme scientifique (BSc) de l’Institute of Science and Technology de Manchester University et il est membre du Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Paul Gardiner
Operations Director
Paul was appointed Operations Director in 2011 having headed up the function since 2007. Paul joined Level Four in 2003 and leads all Professional Services, Software Development, Product Support, and QA activities within Level Four, in addition to managing the company’s Information Technology activities.
Paul’s role on the Board is central to the creation and delivery of the company strategy. Paul manages a global organisation with operational responsibility for teams in United Kingdom, North America and Dubai.
Prior to joining Level Four, Paul spent five years at NCR Corporation as a Software Developer. Paul graduated with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Computing from the University of Abertay Dundee.
Jan Cairns
Finance Director
Jan joined Level Four in 2002 as Finance & Administration Manager, was promoted to Financial Controller in 2007 and then recently to Financial Director in line with the growth of the business. Jan is responsible for the Finance Function reporting directly to the CEO and is a member of the Senior Management Team.
Prior to joining Level Four Jan held financial positions in a number of industries including services to the oil industry and a housing association.
Jan holds a Diploma in Accounting and is a student member of ACCA.
Jay Patel
Non-Executive Director
Jay is an Executive Director at SPARK Ventures plc and was part of its founding team in 1999. SPARK Ventures is an early stage investment company managing £250m of assets across the digital media, software and technology sectors. He has previously held executive positions at UBS Warburg and BSkyB and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. He holds degrees from INSEAD and the London School of Economics.

Issa Keshek
Directeur régional pour le Moyen-Orient, Level Four Software
Issa Keshek est entré chez Level Four Software en janvier 2006 en tant que directeur général, Moyen-Orient, pour poursuivre l'expansion de la société dans cette région. A ce poste, Issa supervise le développement des opérations au Moyen-Orient (ventes, marketing et centre d'assistance technique) et il a la responsabilité totale de la gestion des systèmes locaux, de la distribution et de l’assistance.
Issa apporte à Level Four plus de quinze ans d'expérience dans la technologie et les systèmes de traitement de paiement, principalement acquise au Moyen-Orient. Issa a passé 12 ans chez NCR Corporation, où il a occupé divers postes dans la vente et le marketing au Moyen-Orient et à Londres. A son dernier poste chez NCR, en qualité de directeur de programme, Issa a été responsable d'une division générant 21 millions de dollars couvrant l’Europe, le Moyen-Orient et l’Afrique.
Plus récemment, Issa a été directeur d'une division du Groupe Enterprise de Microsoft Corporation à Dubaï où il a été chargé du développement des divisions bancaire et aérienne dans la zone du Golfe.
Avant Microsoft, Issa a passé deux ans chez CR2, un fournisseur de solutions bancaires, où il a été directeur régional des ventes et du marketing pour le Moyen-Orient. Pendant qu'il était responsable du développement commercial et des ventes de solutions logicielles bancaires, il a mis sur pied des stratégies de vente et de gestion de canal de distribution qui ont dépassé tous les objectifs annuels.
Issa possède un diplôme d’informatique (BSc) de Jordan University (Amman).
Mark Aldred
Regional Director, Europe and Africa
Mark Aldred joined Level Four Software Ltd in January 2009, and is responsible for managing client relationships and new business acquisition in Europe and Africa. Mark is a member of Level Four's international direct sales team and is also responsible for managing relationships with its network of resellers and partners.
Prior to joining Level Four, Mark has accumulated nearly 30 years of experience in providing technology-based solutions to the Financial Services sector. He has held senior level business development and account management positions with a number of suppliers to the ATM deployer market, including ACI where he rose to the position of Country Manager for UK and Ireland as well as eFunds and S2 for both of whom he has held the post of Sales Director, EMEA. In these roles he managed relationships with some of the world's largest and most innovative deployers of electronic banking channels and secured substantial new business contracts in a number of European countries both directly and through independent sales channels.
Mark has also spent time with Nixdorf and Unisys (Burroughs) and since 2005 had been European General Manager of Sandstone Technologies, a Sydney-based provider of loans origination and internet banking solutions whose UK client base for web banking he helped establish.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Hull.
